David began his career as an immigration attorney in New York, later serving as Global Director for a multinational law firm, where he led international expansion efforts, built partnership networks across 10+ countries, and advised hundreds of investors, executives, and multinational corporations on U.S. immigration pathways. His legal expertise spans residency-by-investment programs, employment-based immigration, and cross-border compliance, giving him a deep operational understanding of the regulatory and business frameworks shaping global mobility.
As a co-founder of multiple international tech platforms—including a global relocation marketplace and a tax-technology solution for Italy—David brings hands-on experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and scaling tech-enabled services in complex, high-regulation markets. His work has connected thousands of globally mobile individuals with trusted advisors worldwide and has helped modernize how users access immigration, tax, and mobility services.
Across his career, David has cultivated a global network of legal, financial, mobility, and government professionals, which he now leverages to support clients seeking strategic guidance, investor engagement, ecosystem partnerships, market expansion, or thought-leadership positioning. His advisory approach blends legal insight, commercial strategy, and cross-sector connectivity—allowing him to deliver clear, actionable solutions in environments where regulation, policy, technology, and global capital converge.
David holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, with additional study in international comparative law at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is licensed to practice law in New York and has lived, worked, or collaborated with stakeholders across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He is a frequent contributor to discussions on global mobility, cross-border innovation, and emerging trends in investment-based migration.
When not advising clients, David can be found writing, hiking, or exploring cultural slow-travel destinations around the world.
